Marie is a fully qualified and very experienced photographer. During her time qualifying for a BTEC national diploma from Brighton College of Technology, Marie assisted Peter Goldsmith and ran photographic workshops for children at a local farm during the school holidays.
Upon finishing her course, Marie was employed full time by Madame Tussauds to take photos of the stars to allow them to create accurate celebrity profiles. Under the employment of Madame Tussauds, Marie has been able to travel the world and photograph numerous icons such as David Beckham, Bette Midler and the Dali Lama, and the profiles based on her work can be seen in London, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, New York and Shanghai.
The time spent with Madame Tussauds allowed Marie to gain confidence and in 1996 she started her own photographic business primarily specialising in wedding and portrait photography whilst still working for Madame Tussauds on a freelance basis.
Through her work Marie has met many people and had the chance to photograph many different locations including South Africa, India, America and Hong Kong and has had the chance to take some stunning photographs of both the amazing scenery and people in these locations.
